Congratulations to the middle and high school musicians who performed at this past weekend’s Solo and Ensemble Festival at Monticello, collectively earning four starred first ratings, eleven 1st ratings and three 2nd ratings (those being the highest three categories). Tristan, Hannah J, and Hannah H qualified to perform again at the State Solo and Ensemble Festival in April.
The Argyle Library will be hosting a “Crafternoon” Monday, March 2nd 3:45-5:00. Children ages 6-12 are invited to participate in a craft project for display at the library through March. Crafternoon’s will take place the first Monday of each school month, snack will be provided. This month’s craft is “Tissue Paper Stained Glass”. Children should be picked up promptly at 5:00. Don’t forget your library cards to check out books too!
Juniors are doing test prep for the ACT yet this week. The days are as follows: Today – A-H Math with Mr. Rugroden and J-Z Reading with Ms. Hittesdorf. Tomorrow – A-H Reading with Ms. Hittesdorf and J-Z Math with Mr. Rugroden. Wednesday, A-H Science with Ms. Bollinger and J-Z Writing with Ms. Hittesdorf. Thursday – A-H Writing with Ms. Hittesdorf and J-Z Science with Ms. Bollinger. Friday – ALL Juniors in the FACE room with Mrs. Davis.
