The high school science fair will be held in the cafetorium on Thursday evening.

 

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursday from 4:00-8:00 for middle and high school students.  Next Tuesday, only the middle school teachers will be here for conferences.  Parents do not need an appoinment.

 

Juniors:  your cookie dough orders are due on Fri.

 

The local scholarships are available on the website.  Just click on Guidance for the list and applications.

 

NHS will be having a Cancer Awareness Assembly on Friday to wrap up the Pennies for Patients fundraiser.  After we hear from our guest speaker, students will have the opportunity to pie teachers and stick Mr. Updike to the wall with duct tape with all the proceeds going to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  Please remember to bring your money to donate to a good cause and to wrap up the fundraiser with some fun. 

 

Seniors: The Monroe Times is preparing for the Area Graduation Section that comes out later in the spring.  They want head and shoulder pictures only.  If you want a different photo used than the one in the yearbook, please drop it off in the office before Friday, March 21st

 

Southwest Tech is offering CNA classes this summer.  If you are interested in the CNA classes, see Mrs. Davis.  Also, you need to be sixteen years old to enroll.

 

On Saturday, April 5th there will be a Dodgeball benefit for Jaden Goninen, a 5th grader at Pec schools who is battling cancer.  Each team must have 7 players to start and cost is $35 per team.  There is more information available in the office along with registration forms.
