Midterm ends this Friday.
There will be a Spanish Club meeting today in Mrs. Buss’s room.
The Red Cross will hold a blood drive in our commons area next Wednesday, December 12th from 1:30 to 5:30. Students who are ages 16& 17 and are interested in donating blood, can pick up a form in the office giving parent permission. It takes about an hour to donate and donors should be in good health and weigh over 110 pounds.
The Womens Club is providing refreshments for the Blood Drive and would appreciate a couple responsible volunteers to help them starting about 1:00. Seniors, remember that community service looks very good on your scholarship applications! See Mrs. Johnson in the office if you could help out for an hour or two in the food area.
The National Honor Society is collecting toys and clothing for struggling families in the local area until Friday, December 14th. Please bring items to your advisor’s room. Earn a treat by being the grade level to donate the most items and help those in need this winter holiday season.
Don’t forget, the Penny War is still going on! Winning grade will get an ice cream party, served to them by the losing grade. Every little bit helps and goes toward the Xmas blessing Project.
You still have time to add an ornament to the tree! Please see a student council member to get one.
