7th graders- Miss Rideout is looking for up to 8 students interested in learning about the health field with Club Scrub. If you would like to be a part of this hands-on opportunity, please turn in an essay titled “Why I want to join Club Scrub” to Miss Rideout by the end of the day.
Please wish Darrien good luck at the Lafayette County oratorical contest this evening at the Darlington Legion Post. It is open to the public. If you are considering competing next year, watching this year may be helpful.
The school-wide Geography Bee will be tomorrow at 10:00 in the cafetorium. The contestants are the top two winners from each grade level 4-8.
Junior girls- if you are interested in doing Badger Girls State this summer, please pick up a form outside Miss Rideout’s office. It needs to be completed and returned by this Friday.
Virtual School Students, you must be 100% complete with your online class by January 18th, 2013. No exceptions.
FFA Speaking Contest is February 4th. Sign up before January 21st outside the Ag room.
Forensic Participants- Sign up for practice times in Mrs. Buss’s room.
A reminder to all students and staff: glitter makes pretty projects, but it also makes a mess for others to clean up! Please don’t use it.
